Our award-winning Arctic Patrol collection is inspired by Artic professionals who perform in extreme climates. It's renowned for extreme protection and striking design. With the environment in mind, we built this warm yet light puffer-style jacket with a recycled face fabric, recycled lining and recycled, soft PrimaLoft BLACK Eco insulation. Not only is the exterior fabric recycled, it's an extra durable ripstop with a PFC-free, water-repellent treatment to keep you dry. Small details with big impact include a double-entry hand pockets and fold up reflectives for visibility.

My tracking number shows as delivered but I haven't received my order. What should I do?
If you see that the package was delivered but you haven't received it, be sure to check around your property, with your neighbors, or with any other members of your household. The package may have been left in a secure location if you weren't around at the time of delivery. If you still can't locate it, chat us and we'll gladly get to the bottom of it.

All of our orders are shipped with UPS, FedEx, DHL, China Post, USPS, DPD, Maersk, Nippon Express, Ryder System, TNT, Expeditors International, and Panalpina.
I ordered multiple items. Will I receive them separately?
It is possible that orders that contain more than one item will ship from different locations at different times. You will receive an email update and tracking information for every possible shipment.
