Our Verglas shell pants became even better. Designed to perform mountainside, these popular shell pants just got an exciting update. We've upgraded them with our extremely waterproof-breathable and responsible LIFA INFINITY technology - responsible protection without the use of chemicals. They're constructed with a 50% recycled face fabric and a PFC-free durable water repellent treatment - a win for you and the environment. The hard shell delivers max protection and layering capability.

My tracking number shows as delivered but I haven't received my order. What should I do?
If you see that the package was delivered but you haven't received it, be sure to check around your property, with your neighbors, or with any other members of your household. The package may have been left in a secure location if you weren't around at the time of delivery. If you still can't locate it, chat us and we'll gladly get to the bottom of it.

All of our orders are shipped with UPS, FedEx, DHL, China Post, USPS, DPD, Maersk, Nippon Express, Ryder System, TNT, Expeditors International, and Panalpina.
I ordered multiple items. Will I receive them separately?
It is possible that orders that contain more than one item will ship from different locations at different times. You will receive an email update and tracking information for every possible shipment.
