Designed to look sharp in the city, the Urban Protection Down Coat has a clean, minimalistic aesthetic as well as the warmth and waterproofness you need in harsh winter. We built it with our trusted HELLY TECH PROTECTION fabric system to keep moisture out. It's insulated with 80% duck down and 20% duck feathers. The down comes from Responsible Down Standard (RDS) sources, ensuring that the ducks are raised in compliance with the principles of animal welfare.

My tracking number shows as delivered but I haven't received my order. What should I do?
If you see that the package was delivered but you haven't received it, be sure to check around your property, with your neighbors, or with any other members of your household. The package may have been left in a secure location if you weren't around at the time of delivery. If you still can't locate it, chat us and we'll gladly get to the bottom of it.

All of our orders are shipped with UPS, FedEx, DHL, China Post, USPS, DPD, Maersk, Nippon Express, Ryder System, TNT, Expeditors International, and Panalpina.
I ordered multiple items. Will I receive them separately?
It is possible that orders that contain more than one item will ship from different locations at different times. You will receive an email update and tracking information for every possible shipment.
