Our Junior Infinity kids' jacket is super lightweight and fully reversible with a different color and look on each side. The down-feel insulation is snug and warm; the exterior is PFC-free DWR treated. It comes with a small bag for easy packability and storage.

My tracking number shows as delivered but I haven't received my order. What should I do?

The package may have been left in a secure location if you weren't around at the time of delivery. If you still can't locate it, chat us and we'll gladly get to the bottom of it.

All of our orders are shipped with UPS, FedEx, DHL, China Post, USPS, DPD, Maersk, Nippon Express, Ryder System, TNT, Expeditors International, and Panalpina.
I ordered multiple items. Will I receive them separately?
It is possible that orders that contain more than one item will ship from different locations at different times. You will receive an email update and tracking information for every possible shipment.
