backpack and harness compatible design, as well as a helmet compatible hood. You can customize the fit by adjusting the hood, cuffs and hem. With the environment in mind, the jacket is made with 68% Ocean Bound recycled materials.

My tracking number shows as delivered but I haven't received my order. What should I do?
If you see that the package was delivered but you haven't received it, be sure to check around your property, with your neighbors, or with any other members of your household. The package may have been left in a secure location if you weren't around at the time of delivery. If you still can't locate it, chat us and we'll gladly get to the bottom of it.

I ordered multiple items. Will I receive them separately?
It is possible that orders that contain more than one item will ship from different locations at different times. You will receive an email update and tracking information for every possible shipment.
