We designed this performance ski shell jacket with input from pro skiers. It
features
our innovative LIFA INFINITY PRO fabric, the most durable and responsible waterproof/breathable technology on the market. LIFA INFINITY PRO delivers everlasting water-repellent performance without the use of chemicals - a win for you and the environment. The jacket does not need reproofing; it remains hard-wearing, no matter what nature throws at you. Made for maximum freedom of movement in powder, the jacket has an articulated cut. A two-way front zipper and underarm vent zippers enable you to regulate your body temperature when you're working hard. We added the small details that count in rugged terrain and rough weather: helmet and backpack-compatible design, a RECCO transponder, and a Life pocket+ to preserve your phone battery in cold.

My tracking number shows as delivered but I haven't received my order. What should I do?
If you see that the package was delivered but you haven't received it, be sure to check around your property, with your neighbors, or with any other members of your household. The package may have been left in a secure location if you weren't around at the time of delivery. If you still can't locate it, chat us and we'll gladly get to the bottom of it.

All of our orders are shipped with UPS, FedEx, DHL, China Post, USPS, DPD, Maersk, Nippon Express, Ryder System, TNT, Expeditors International, and Panalpina.
I ordered multiple items. Will I receive them separately?
It is possible that orders that contain more than one item will ship from different locations at different times. You will receive an email update and tracking information for every possible shipment.
